Team Fan Shop was once known as Campus Colors, but as they gained more licenses from sports leagues, it was time for them to grow into a new brand. They were looking for a more modern design that would allow them to compete with some of the largest competitors in the space while also allowing for their customers to have an easier experience when using their website.
They approached us hoping to not only re-brand themselves but elevate every aspect of their website and add additional features that would allow for their customer’s LTV (lifetime value) to grow as well as the AOV (average order value) without sacrificing diminishing the brand value.
Our goal was to give Team Fan Shop a chance at taking on some of the biggest e-commerce companies in their industry. Our team dove deep into their competition’s website as well as what their customers had been saying about their experience with the competition. With this information and the goal of elevating the brand, we developed wireframes of the website concept that we were confident would not only provide a great experience for their customers but allow them to improve their current conversion rate.
Once we were able to conceptualize image placement, a-spots, feature functionality, and upsell/crosssell opportunities, our design team did what they do best and created a beautiful website that hit all of our targets of elevating the brand. Then, our development team took these designs and brought the website to life with flawless functionality and immediate improvements in every key KPI Team Fan Shop was looking for.
